Medium-sized bird, characterized by being very noisy. The feathers of most of the body are dark brown or brown, while those of its belly are lighter brown, its throat is bright red where it does not have plumage. It mainly inhabits the dry forest and savanna. They are diurnal and their diet is based on grains, seeds, fruits, leaves and insects.

Medium-sized bird, characterized by being very noisy. The feathers of its belly and tip of the tail are white while the rest of the body is made up of brown or brown plumage, its throat is fiery red where it does not have plumage. It mainly inhabits the dry and humid forest to highly degraded forests. They are diurnal and their diet is based on grains, seeds, fruits, leaves and insects.

It is a medium-sized parrot between 285 and 314 g of body weight, it has feathers where the green color predominates and it is characterized by having a red forehead. Also called yellow-cheeked parrot because it has yellow feathers on both sides of the corner of its beak. The crown is lilac, has red spots on the wing and the tip of the tail is blue. It is diurnal, inhabits tropical jungles and forests. Their diet is based on fruits, grains and seeds.

Small migratory duck, they weigh up to 1.1 pounds. They are characterized by presenting a thick silver-blue line on the wings, hence their common name "blue-winged duck." The male has a crescent on the face and white on the flanks, while the female is brown and has a light loreal eyebrow. It feeds on aquatic vegetation, seeds, snails, insects, and crustaceans. Inhabits coastal or freshwater swamps and open ponds.
